Crab Stir-Fry

Preparation Time/Cooking Time:15-30 minutes

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp dried ginger or 1 tsp (5ml) fresh minced ginger
  • 1 pkg (227g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables, flake style
  • 1/3 cup purchased stir-fry sauce
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables, ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until barely tender (cover with a lid and add a little water for fresh veggies). Add Crab Delectables and sauce; stir to combine. Serve over hot cooked rice and enjoy!
