Fly Fishing Guide - Over the winter STS Guiding will be accepting applications for a qualified Fly-Fishing Guide.

Fly Anglers applying must be familiar with local rivers such as Fraser, Harrison, Pitt, Lillooet, and other local waters. Good knowledge of Stillwater fly fishing, single and double handed casting and instructional casting while guiding would be an asset. Min 3 years previous guiding experience including operation & daily maintenance of Jet Boats. Owning own jet boat is not necessary but we will accept owner/operator fly fishing guide applications. Applicants must show commitment to the freshwater angling industry, have a positive attitude, professional attributes, handle stress and work well with other guides.

Certifications required-

• First Aid
• Marine Emergency Duties 3 ( Med A-3 )
• Radio Operators Certificate
• Tourism BC Superhost ( Provided by STS )
• Freshwater Angling Guide Certification ( provided by STS)

If applying as O/O with Jet Boat

• First Aid
• Marine Emergency Duties 3 ( Med A-3 )
• Tourism BC Superhost ( Provided by STS )
• Freshwater Angling Guide Certification ( provided by STS)
•  Transport Canada Blue Decal Program ( STS can assist in attaining)
