Reservations: A $200.00 per week deposit is required within 7 days of booking. If this deposit is not received within 7 days, the booking will be cancelled.
Payment: Payment in full must be made prior to departure; we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payments may be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sorry, cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation Charges: No refunds will be given when cancellation is made within 30 days of departure date. No refunds for “NO SHOWS”. No refunds are given for early returns.
Security Deposit: On departure day a deposit of $1000.00 cash or credit card is required. This deposit is refundable upon vehicle check-in provided motorhome is returned on time, undamaged, clean, complete with equipment, holding tanks empty and fuel tanks filled.
Insurance: Renter is responsible for paying $1000 Collision Deductible and/or $300 Comprehensive if any accidents occur.
Restricted Usage: Travel on gravel and logging roads, beaches, Mexico, Alaska, Yukon and Northwest Territories. Travel during winter freezing conditions requires the renter to take extra precautions with fluids any damage caused by plumbing freeze up will be charged to the renter. Roof storage, sitting and standing on roof is NOT allowed at any time. SMOKING is not permitted inside the motorhome. PETS are not allowed.
Towing: Towing trailers is by authorization only. Coopers Rec MUST know what is going to be towed.
Driver Requirements: All drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Coopers Recreational reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone at their discretion.
Vehicle Maintenance: Renters are responsible for checking tire pressure, engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling. Pre-authorized on-road maintenance expenses will be reimbursed by Coopers Recreational. All defective parts must be returned for refund. Renters may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
Awning: The renter will be charged for any damage to the awning , the awning must be stored properly. It is recommended that the awning is stored in any windy conditions.
Fuel Information: All gasoline and propane refueling is at the renter’s expense. Coopers Recreational assumes no liability for fuel consumption. Motorhome must be returned with full fuel tanks.
Motorhome Pick-up: Vehicle pick-up time is 1300 - 1700 hr. Allow 1 hour for orientation and paperwork.
Motorhome Return: Vehicle return time is 0800 - 1100 hr. Renter agrees to return the vehicle in same condition as received. Motorhome must be returned on time or a late fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged against security deposit.
Cleaning: We are very proud of the condition of our vehicles and spend considerable time cleaning them between rentals. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged if the vehicle’s interior and exterior have not been cleaned upon return. A fee of $100.00 will also be charged if holding tanks are not empty upon return.
Other Rental Services: Other services may be available upon request such as Comfort Kit $50.00 per person, Television/VCR $50.00 per trip, Screen Tent $20.00 per trip, Bike Rack $15.00 per trip, Propane Barbeque $15.00 per trip & Lawn Chairs $5.00 each per trip.
General Conditions: Every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in our brochure is correct. Vehicle descriptions are general and are subject to change without notice. Prices are also subject to change without notice, however, once booked prices will not change. Please see our price list and rental agreement for other charges, conditions, and seasons. Coopers Recreational Rentals will not be held responsible for any losses occurred by RENTERS which may have resulted from motorhomes being damaged, stolen, returned late by previous renters or any other such acts.
