Vic Carrao

Vic is the owner of STS Guiding Service which is now in it's 14th year of operation. Vic spends most of his time on the water guiding over 220 days a year. When Vic is not on the water you will find him on the soccer field, swimming lessons, dance lessons, water skiing or on the ski hill with his wife and 2 daughters. There is no one in the valley who spends as much time on the water as Vic and his team of Professional guides. Vic Carrao has worked in many aspects of the fishing industry over the past 20 years. Guiding, retail sales, trade show representative, Instructing in Fly tying, Fly casting and Float fishing for Salmon & Steelhead. For the past 6 years Vic has been on Pro Staff for Gibbs Nortac, Canada's Largest Lures Manufacture. Vic is also sponsored by Quantum, Mustad, Minn-Kota, Humminbird and Korker Boots. Vic also conducts in store seminars has been invited to speak at trade shows as a key speaker and speaks at fishing club meetings. Vic has also volunteered in the community as a director of the Fraser Valley Salmon Society, Tags sturgeon for the Fraser River Sturgeon conservation society, is currently a director of the Mission Harbour Authority and vice-president of the Fraser Valley Angling Guides Association.
